1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Zonnex, a software service built on the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Zonnex, registered in India (GSTIN: 19AAAAA0000A1Z5), with address at Bolpur, Birbhum, West Bengal, India — 731204.

2. The service

Zonnex provides a multi-agent WhatsApp Business Platform interface, broadcast campaign tools, chatbot builder, analytics, and integrations. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable Indian laws. You may not send messages to contacts who have not opted in. Violation may result in immediate suspension.

4. Payments and wallet

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Message credits are deducted from your wallet at the rates shown in your dashboard. All amounts are in INR and subject to GST at 18%.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zonnex's liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Birbhum, West Bengal.
